Please note: On December 21, 2011, Thesis Flexible Fund paid its annual year end distribution, which amounted to 8.836% of the NAV on the record date. As is typical, investors in the fund have received their distribution in cash or shares, as elected. The current NAV reflects the distribution paid on December 21 and shareholders retain the value of their investment in cash, shares or a combination of the two.
